Ingredients

  • 2 large brown onions, thinly sliced
  • 500g Coles Finest Australian Beef Garlic & Parsley Sausages
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Kaleslaw Salad Kit
  • 1 Coles Stone Baked by Laurent Rustic Baguette*
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) tomato relish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Spray with olive oil spray. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins or until caramelised. Season. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm. Cook the sausages in the pan, turning occasionally, for 8-10 mins or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions, reserving seed mix from the kit. Use a large serrated knife to cut baguette into four pieces. Split each piece lengthways (don’t cut all the way through).
  3. Step 3

    Fill each baguette with kaleslaw, sausages and onion. Top with relish and sprinkle with reserved seed mix.
