  • 250g strawberries, halved
  • 1 tbs Coles Finest Pure Canadian Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbs chia seeds

  1. Step 1

    Combine the strawberry and maple syrup in a large bowl. Use a fork to mash until coarsely crushed. Stir in the chia seeds.
  2. Step 2

    Transfer the strawberry mixture to a sterilised jar. Place in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours or until the strawberry mixture thickens slightly.

Keep the chia jam in the fridge for up to 1 week.
