  • 1 hot roast chicken or turkey, meat shredded
  • 60g baby spinach leaves or chopped kale or silverbeet
  • 475g jar creamy mushroom simmer sauce or thickened cream or carbonara sauce
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese or grated cheese of choice
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, just thawed

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine the chicken or turkey, spinach or kale or silverbeet, mushroom simmer sauce or cream, and grated cheese in a large bowl. Spoon into a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish.

  2. Step 2

    Place the pastry on a clean work surface. Cut into triangles. Arrange over the chicken mixture in the dish and spray with olive oil spray. Season.
  3. Step 3

    Bake for 25 mins or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
