  • 2 x 300g pkts Coles Made Easy Chicken Strips in Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 4 large pieces pita bread
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup (140g) Greek-style yoghurt

  1. Step 1

    Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over high heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning, for 6-7 mins or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Heat the pita breads in microwave on high for 30 secs or until pita breads are heated through.
  3. Step 3

    Divide the pita breads among serving plates. Top with the spinach, tomato and chicken. Drizzle with the yoghurt and any pan juices. Roll up the pita to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
