Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Cook chicken following packet directions or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside for 5 mins to rest.

  2. Step 2

    Assemble salad kit following packet directions, adding coriander before tossing. Divide the salad and chicken among serving bowls and serve immediately.
