  • 2/3 cup (200g) tartare sauce
  • 350g pkt Coles Australian Superfood Vegetable Mix
  • 4 Coles Plain Flat Buns
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, thickly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place fish on the lined tray and bake, turning occasionally, for 15 mins or until golden brown and heated through. Cut in half.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, place half the tartare sauce and the vegetable mix in a large bowl and toss to combine.
  3. Step 3

    Top the bun bases with vegetable mixture, tomato and fish. Drizzle with remaining tartare sauce. Season.
