  • 500g Coles Australian Lamb Mince
  • 1½ tbs Moroccan seasoning
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1 Coles Bakery Turkish Bread*, split, base only
  • 100g fetta, crumbled
  • 200g beetroot tzatziki dip

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook mince, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 mins or until mince is cooked through. Add the Moroccan seasoning and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until well combined. Remove from heat. Add half the spinach and toss to combine.
  2. Step 2

    Place the bread base on a baking tray. Spoon over the mince mixture. Sprinkle with fetta. Bake for 15-20 mins or until bread is crisp and heated through.
  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle remaining spinach over the pizza and top with dollops of tzatziki. Cut into pieces to serve.
