Cook noodles or rice in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry onion, capsicum (or carrot or celery), Asian greens leaves or cabbage, garlic and ginger, for about 3 mins or until vegetables are tender.
Add beef, leaves of greens, and sauce, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
Serve over noodles or rice and sprinkle with spring onion and herbs.
