This 5-ingredient pasta dish is made with prawns, garlic and a creamy sauce. It's an easy yet delicious meal.

  • 375g fettuccine
  • 350g pkt Coles Cooked & Peeled Prawns Tail On
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 300ml Coles Thickened Cream
  • Thinly sliced spring onion, extra, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well. Return to the pan.

    Meanwhile, heat a greased frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the prawns and cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins or until heated through. Add the garlic and spring onion and cook, stirring, for 1 min or until aromatic.
  3. Step 3

    Add the prawn mixture and cream to the pasta in the pan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, for 1 min or until heated through. Divide the pasta mixture among serving bowls. Season with pepper and sprinkle with extra spring onion to serve.
