  • 450g pkt microwavable brown rice
  • 600g basa fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 450g tikka masala simmer sauce
  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen Family Stir-Fry Mix
  • 1/2 cup (140g) Greek-style yoghurt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat rice following packet directions. Place a greased large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook, turning occasionally, for 2-3 mins or until the fish is almost cooked through.

  2. Step 2

    Reduce heat to medium. Stir in the simmer sauce. Add stir-fry mix and cook, stirring, for 3 mins or until combined and fish is cooked through.

  3. Step 3

    Divide rice among bowls. Top with fish mixture and yoghurt to serve.
