  • 250g blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (140g) blueberry-flavoured yoghurt

  1. Step 1

    Line a tray with baking paper. Thread blueberries onto small bamboo skewers.
  2. Step 2

    Place the yoghurt in a tall narrow glass. Dip the blueberry skewers halfway into yoghurt to partially coat. Place on the lined tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until frozen.
