Ingredients

  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Original biscuits
  • 165g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam White biscuits
  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Dark biscuits
  • 2L vanilla and boysenberry ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup (160g) berry jam

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Arrange a layer of combined biscuits, side by side, in the lined pan.
  2. Step 2

    Place the ice cream in a bowl. Add the jam and swirl with a spoon to marble. Spread the ice cream mixture over the biscuits in the pan. Arrange another layer of biscuits on top. Cover. Freeze until firm.
