Ingredients

  • 85g pkt Coles Raspberry Flavoured Jelly Crystals
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 125g fresh raspberries
  • 2 yellow peaches, stoned, thinly sliced
  • Vanilla bean frozen yoghurt, to serve
  • Strawberry topping, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the jelly following packet directions. Divide the jelly mixture evenly among six 1-cup (250ml) serving glasses. Place in the fridge for 4-6 hours or until set.
  2. Step 2

    Use a melon baller to cut balls from the watermelon (alternatively, cut watermelon into small cubes).
  3. Step 3

    Top the set jelly with a scoop of frozen yoghurt. Arrange the watermelon, raspberries and peach over the yoghurt. Drizzle with a little strawberry topping to serve.
