Combine the apple, pear and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add the nectarine, plum, strawberry, grape and pomegranate seeds, if using. Gently toss to combine.
To make the marinade, whisk the sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chilli powder in a small bowl until well combined.
