Whip up a batch of our rainbow frozen yoghurt bark. It’s a fun after school snack that makes the most of whatever fruit you have handy.

Ingredients

  • 500g vanilla or strawberry flavoured yoghurt
  • Chopped fruit (such as kiwifruit, honeydew melon, red or green grapes, banana, passionfruit pulp, peach, mango, rockmelon, watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries), to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Spread the yoghurt in an even layer over a lined baking tray. Top evenly with the chopped fruit to make a rainbow. Place in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen. 

  2. Step 2

    Use a knife to cut into pieces and serve immediately.
