  • 12 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, split
  • Cooked burger patties, to serve
  • Shaved ham, to serve
  • Cheddar slices, to serve
  • 12 lettuce leaves
  • Beetroot slices, to serve
  • 350g mixed tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled, shredded
  • 1 zucchini, shredded
  • Tomato sauce, to serve
  • American-style mustard, to serve
  • Chocolate writing icing, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the buns on a large serving platter. Arrange burger patties on half the bun bases. Arrange ham on the remaining bun bases. Top with cheddar, lettuce, beetroot, tomato, cucumber, carrot, zucchini. Spread with tomato sauce or mustard.
  2. Step 2

    Cut discs from more cheddar slices. Decorate with writing icing. Arrange on the buns to make eyes.
