Garlic Butter Steak with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Coles Australian No Added Hormone Beef Scotch Fillet or Porterhouse Steaks
  • 20g Tru-Blue Garlic Butter Spread
  • 400g pkt Coles Baby Potatoes with Herb Butter or ½ x 1kg pkt Coles Australian Baby Washed Potatoes
  • 300g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Place half the garlic butter on top of each steak. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook the potatoes following packet directions.
  3. Step 3

    Place the beans in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 1 min or until bright green. Drain. Add the onion and toss to combine.
  4. Step 4

    Divide steaks, potatoes and green bean mixture between serving plates. Drizzle steaks with pan juices.
