Jug of ginger and pineapple punch.


  • 2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 6 cups (1.5L) ginger beer, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) white coconut rum (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • Thinly sliced strawberries, to serve
  • Thinly sliced pineapple, to serve
  • Crushed ice, to serve
