Gluten-free saganaki-style prawn pizza

Ingredients

  • 300g pkt gluten-free pizza bases
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Dolmio Spicy Peppers Pasta Sauce
  • 140g tub Coles Giant Pitted Kalamata Olives, coarsely chopped
  • 20 raw tiger prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 100g Coles Australian-Style Fetta, crumbled

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat 2 baking trays in the oven.

  2. Step 2

    Place pizza bases on 2 sheets of baking paper. Spread each base with 2 tbs pasta sauce. Top with olive, prawns and fetta. Drizzle with remaining pasta sauce. Transfer to hot baking trays.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for 10-15 mins or until prawns are cooked through and fetta is golden. Cut into slices to serve.
