Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 12 holes of a 1/3 cup (80ml) capacity muffin pan with paper cases. Reserve 1/4 cup grape. Combine flour, sugar, 1/3 cup (35g) walnut and remaining grape in a large bowl. Whisk buttermilk, butter, eggs and banana in a jug.
Gently stir the buttermilk mixture into the flour mixture until just combined (don’t overmix). Divide the mixture evenly among the paper cases. Top extra sugar, reserved grape and remaining walnut.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins or until a skewer inserted in centres comes out clean. Serve muffins warm or at room temperature.
