  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) Coles 100% Pure Coconut Water
  • 2 tbs smooth peanut butter
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber, chopped

  1. Step 1

    Place the coconut water, peanut butter, spinach and cucumber in a blender.

    Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary. Pour the smoothie into glasses to serve.
