Ghost pizza

Ingredients

  • 200g pkt Coles Thin & Crispy Medium Pizza Bases (2 Pack)
  • 1/3 cup (95g) pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup (90g) Coles Australian Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 4 cheese slices (havarti, gouda or provolone)
  • 6 pitted black olives
  • 8 salami slices
  • 4 pimento stuffed olives, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease 2 large baking trays with oil spray. Place the pizza bases on the prepared trays and spread evenly with pizza sauce. Sprinkle evenly with pizza cheese.

  2. Step 2

    Fold the cheese slices in half and cut out a ghost shape, to form four ghosts. Decorate with small black olive pieces to make eyes and a mouth. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Cut the remaining black olives to form four monster mouths and four spider bodies and legs. Arrange salami slices as monster faces, decorating with black olive mouths and green olive slice eyes. Place monster faces on the pizza.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 10 mins or until the pizza bases are golden brown and the cheese melts. Add reserved ghost shapes and cook for a further 2 mins or until cheese just melts. Decorate with black olive spiders and serve.
