  • 2 x 160g pkts Coles Mini Croissants
  • 80g quince paste
  • 200g shaved leg ham
  • 200g Coles Triple Cream Brie, cut into 16 slices
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Use a small serrated knife to split croissants in half horizontally (don’t cut all the way through). Spread the bases evenly with quince paste. Place 2 slices ham and 1 slice brie in each croissant.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange the filled croissants on the lined trays. Bake for 3-4 mins or until the brie starts to melt and croissants are golden.

  3. Step 3

    Divide the ham and brie croissants among serving plates. Top with the rocket and serve immediately.
