Ham and veggie pull-apart

Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Finest By Laurent White Sourdough Vienna*
  • 125g can creamed corn
  • 1 zucchini, peeled into ribbons
  • 100g pkt Coles English Ham, torn
  • 1 1/3 cups (160g) coarsely grated tasty cheddar
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with 2 large pieces of foil.
  2. Step 2

    Slice bread at 1.5cm intervals (don’t cut all the way through). Spread each cut with a little creamed corn. Divide zucchini, ham and 1 cup (120g) cheddar among the cuts. Place on the lined tray. Sprinkle tomato and remaining cheddar over the top of bread. Wrap foil around base of bread, leaving the top exposed.
  3. Step 3

    Bake for 20 mins or until cheddar melts and the top is crisp. Set aside to cool slightly. Serve warm.
