Ham, leek and blue cheese pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 x 260g pkts Coles Pizza Base with Tomato Sauce*
  • 1 large leek, pale section only, thinly sliced
  • 300g double smoked leg ham, torn
  • 150g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the pizza bases on 2 large baking trays.

  2. Step 2

    Spray a medium non-stick frying pan with olive oil spray. Place over medium-high heat. Add the leek and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until the leek softens.

  3. Step 3

    Arrange the leek over the pizza bases and top with the ham and gorgonzola. Bake for 8-10 mins or until pizza bases are crisp. Sprinkle pizzas with rocket to serve.

We’ve used ham, as it’s a great match for blue cheese. But if you have shaved chicken breast or rare roast beef, use that instead.
