Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple, peeled, cored
  • 600g loin ham
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) barbecue sauce
  • Barbecue sauce, extra, to brush

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cut the pineapple and ham into 3cm pieces. Thread onto soaked bamboo skewers.
  2. Step 2

    Heat a chargrill on high. Brush skewers with barbecue sauce. Cook on the grill, turning and brushing with extra barbecue sauce, for 10 mins or until charred and heated through.
