Ingredients

  • 4 mandarins
  • Celery sticks, cut into batons
  • Peanut butter, to serve
  • Coles Bake & Create Eyeball Decorations, to decorate
  • 160g pkt Bega Stringers Original Cheese
  • 2 kalamata olives, halved
  • 2 black olives
  • 200g tub spinach and fetta dip
  • 2 x 160g tubs boysenberry yoghurt
  • 125g strawberries
  • Red grapes, to serve
  • 250g pkt Coles Australian Qukes Baby Cucumbers
  • 200g pkt Coles Snacking Carrots
  • 125g mixed cherry tomatoes
  • Coles Halloween Icing Decorations, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Peel mandarins and remove white pith. Cut 1 celery baton in small pieces. Place 1 piece of celery on top of each mandarin to make pumpkin stems.
  2. Step 2

    Spread a little peanut butter on the remaining celery batons and decorate with eyeball decorations.
  3. Step 3

    Peel 1 end of the cheese stringers to make brooms.
  4. Step 4

    Place the dip in a serving bowl. Thinly slice 2 kalamata olive halves. Arrange whole, halved and sliced olives over the dip to make spiders.
  5. Step 5

    Place the yoghurt in a glass serving bowl and use a spoon to swirl.
  6. Step 6

    Arrange mandarins, celery batons, cheese stringers, dip and yoghurt on a platter with strawberries, grapes, cucumbers, carrots and tomatoes. Decorate with icing decorations.
