Ingredients

  • 200g frozen açai
  • 350g frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (180ml) low fat soy milk
  • 2 tbs (20g) Coles Perform Vanilla Plant Protein Powder
  • 1 cup (250ml) chilled water
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the açai, 250g of the strawberries, banana, soy milk, protein powder and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Chop remaining strawberries.

  2. Step 2

    Divide the mixture among serving glasses. Sprinkle with chia seeds and top with remaining chopped strawberries.
