Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 60g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbs mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 tbs chopped raw almonds
  • 2tbs (20g) Coles plant based protein powder vanilla flavoured
  • 1 cup (250ml) chilled water

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the avocado, oat milk, banana, spinach, mint, 1 tbs of the almond, protein powder and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
