Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, peeled, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled, chopped
  • 1 tbs finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbs Coles Organic Road Cashew Nut Butter
  • 2 1/2 tbs white chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the carrot, orange, ginger, cashew butter, 2 tbs of the chia and 1 1/2 cups (375ml) water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Pour among serving glasses and sprinkle with remaining chia seeds to serve.
