  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) coconut water
  • 2 tbs peanut butter, no added salt, no added sugar
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, coarsely chopped

    Place the coconut water, peanut butter, spinach and cucumber in a blender. Blend until smooth.
