Ingredients

  • 700g strawberries, thickly sliced
  • 1/3 cup (40g) pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup (35g) walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tsp pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/3 cup (95g) Coles Light Greek Style Yoghurt

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180ºC. Divide strawberry among four 1-cup (250ml) ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle pecan, walnut and pepitas evenly over strawberry. Bake for 10 mins or until strawberry softens slightly and nuts are toasted.

  2. Step 2

    Serve strawberry crumble with yoghurt.
