yogurt bites

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (840g) Coles Light Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 2 cups (500g) drained canned peaches in natural juice, chopped or sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 125g punnet raspberries, torn
  • 1/4 cup (35g) unsalted roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (45g) unsalted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tbs Coles Seed Mix
  • 1 tbs black chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a 12-hole, 1/3-cup (80ml) muffin pan with paper cases. Divide half the yoghurt among cases. Top with half the peach, banana, raspberry, hazelnut, pistachio, seed mix and chia seeds, pressing into yoghurt. Top with the remaining yoghurt, peach, banana, raspberry, hazelnut, pistachio, seed mix and chia seeds. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

  2. Step 2

    Remove yoghurt cups from cases to serve.

Recipe tip

Once frozen, store yoghurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
