  • 1.2kg Heston for Coles Hidden Orange Christmas Pudding
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp Coles Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • Coles Finest Madagascan Vanilla Bean Ice-cream, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pudding following the packet directions.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar in a medium bowl until pale and creamy. Add the liqueur, orange rind and cinnamon. Beat until well combined. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the orange zest.
  3. Step 3

    Place the warm pudding on a serving plate. Cut into wedges and serve with the orange butter and vanilla ice-cream.
