Ingredients

  • 3 nests Coles Asia at home Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 500g Coles Australian No added Hormones Beef 3 star Mince
  • 300g Coles Green Vegetable Mix
  • 1/4 cup (80g) hoisin sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins or until tender. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the mince and stir-fry for 5 mins or until changed colour.

  3. Step 3

    Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 mins or until heated through. Add the hoisin and stir-fry 2 mins until heated through. Add noodles and toss to combine.

  4. Step 4

    Divide noodle mixture among serving bowls.
