Two bread rolls filled with ham, tomato, grilled sweet potato and salad


  • 100g gold sweet potato, peeled, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil spray
  • ½ cup Coles Sweet and Crunchy Salad Kit, prepared following packet directions
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Coles Bakery Ciabatta Bread Rolls, split
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 thin slices honey leg ham

  1. Step 1

    Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Spray the sweet potato with oil. Cook for 2-3 mins each side or until charred and tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside to cool.
  2. Step 2

    Place the roll bases on serving plates. Top with the salad, sweet potato, tomato and ham. Top with a dollop of mayonnaise. Top with the roll tops.
