Ingredients

  • 250ml Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic
  • 400g skinless white firm fish fillets
  • 80g rice noodles
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • Sesame Seeds to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Soak noodles in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain noodles and place in a large ovenproof pan. 

  2. Step 2

    Top the noodles with fish and chopped bok choy. Pour over Campbell’s Flavour Boost Soy, Honey and Garlic. Cover with foil or lid. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 

  3. Step 3

    Serve topped with sesame seeds.
