Ingredients

  • 750g Coles RSPCA Approved Honey & Soy Chicken Kebabs
  • 2 x 250g pkts Ben’s Original Microwavable Special Fried Rice
  • 300g pkt Coles Kitchen Super Green Slaw
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
  • 2 avocados, stoned, peeled, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Step 1

    Remove chicken from skewers. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat. Cook chicken, in 2 batches, stirring, for 6-8 mins or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil and set aside for 5 mins to rest.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat the rice following packet directions. Place slaw in a large bowl. Drizzle with 1/4 cup (60ml) sesame dressing. Season and toss to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Divide chicken, rice mixture, slaw and avocado among serving bowls. Drizzle with remaining sesame dressing.
