  • 120g Lee Kum Kee Honey Soy Sauce
  • 60g Rocket and spinach leaves

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place sausages and vegetables in a single layer over the tray. Combine sauce with 1 tbs water in a small bowl. Brush sausages with the sauce mixture and drizzle vegetables with remaining sauce.

    Bake, turning occasionally, for 25-30 mins or until vegetables are heated through and sausages are cooked through.

  3. Step 3

    Serve sausages and vegetables with rocket and spinach leaves.
