  • Pinch of mixed spice
  • 2 tsp caramel-flavoured coffee syrup
  • 3/4 cup (185ml) milk, steamed
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • Hot cross buns, split, toasted, to serve
  • Raspberry jam, to serve
