  • 350g pkt burger slaw salad kit
  • Burger pickles, to serve
  • Ketchup, to serve
  • American mustard, to serve

Kaleslaw dogs

  • 350g pkt kaleslaw salad kit
  • Dijon mustard, to serve
  • Sauerkraut, to serve
  • Garlic aioli, to serve

Asian-style dogs

  • 315g pkt Thai-style salad kit
  • Kimchi, to serve
  • Whole-egg mayonnaise or yuzu-flavoured mayonnaise, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat the franks following packet directions.

    • To make the burger slaw dogs, prepare the salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions, reserving the cheese from the kit. Divide the salad mixture, pickles and 6 franks among 6 rolls. Top with ketchup and mustard. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

    • To make the kaleslaw dogs, prepare the salad kit in a clean large bowl following packet directions. Spread 6 rolls with Dijon mustard. Divide the salad mixture, sauerkraut and 6 franks among the rolls with the mustard. Drizzle with garlic aioli.

    • To make the Asian-style dogs, prepare the salad kit in a clean large bowl following packet directions, reserving the crispy onions from the kit. Divide the salad mixture, kimchi and remaining franks among remaining rolls. Drizzle with the mayonnaise or yuzu-flavoured mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the reserved crispy onions to serve.
