  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 Coles Bakery French stick, split
  • 40g Coles 4 Leaf Salad Mix
  • 185g hot smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked
  • ½ lemon, juiced

  1. Step 1

    Combine the cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl. Season with pepper.
  2. Step 2

    Place the bread base on a clean work surface. Top with the salad mix, cottage cheese mixture and salmon. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Top with bread top. Cut into quarters to serve.
