Ingredients

  • 1.5L vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened
  • 120g raspberries
  • 2 tbs slivered almonds, toasted
  • 55g Cadbury Fry’s Turkish Delight bar, finely chopped
  • 100g Toblerone bar, coarsely chopped
  • Fresh berries, to serve
  • 55g bar Cadbury Fry’s Turkish Delight, extra, coarsely chopped

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a 9 cup (2.25L) pudding basin with plastic wrap, allowing the sides to overhang.
  2. Step 2

    Place the ice-cream, raspberries, almonds, Turkish Delight bar and Toblerone bar in a large bowl. Gently stir until just combined. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until firm.
  3. Step 3

    Turn the bombe onto a serving platter. Decorate with berries and extra Turkish Delight bar.
