Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the chocolate melts in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon for 3-5 mins or until chocolate melts. Tint orange with food colouring. Place in a sealable plastic bag and cut off 1 corner. Arrange pretzels over the lined tray. Drizzle with chocolate mixture and place in the fridge for 5 mins or until chocolate sets.
Use a 3cm star cutter to cut the papaya into star shapes. Arrange the pretzels, papaya, popcorn, dip, Skittles, berries, Oreos, lollies, dried fruit, bliss balls or muesli bars, carrots and fruit laces on a large serving platter in a Jack-o’-lantern shape.
COOK. STORE. SAVE.
Use it up: Leftover papaya will come in handy for making our Papaya, Avocado and Grain Salad. Or, use it to whip up a tropical salsa like we’ve done in our Caribbean Pork with Papaya Salsa.
Clever storage: Store leftover pumpkin dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Check out our ideas for using up leftover dips, where you can use the pumpkin dip in place of the beetroot hommus.
