Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a large ovenproof frying pan with olive oil spray and place over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning occasionally, for 5 mins or until brown all over. Remove from heat.
Combine the coconut milk and butter chicken paste in a small bowl. Season. Pour evenly over the chicken in the pan and gently stir to combine. Bake, turning occasionally, for 40 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook the baby broccoli in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins or until just tender. Drain well. Heat the naan bread following packet directions.
Divide the chicken mixture, naan bread and baby broccoli among serving plates. Drizzle with any remaining sauce in the pan to serve.
