Jenny-Lee’s smoked salmon blinis


  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbs chopped dill
  • 1 lemon, zested, juiced
  • 168g pkt mini blinis
  • 100g smoked salmon, coarsely torn
  • 2 tbs pomegranate seeds
  • Dill sprigs, extra, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place the cream cheese, dill, lemon zest and lemon juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Season.

  2. Step 2

    Heat the blinis following packet directions. Spread each blini with a little cream cheese mixture. Top with smoked salmon, pomegranate seeds and extra dill. Season.
