Ingredients

  • 450g pkt chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 400g bought strawberry frosting
  • Queen Designer White Icing, to decorate
  • Sprinkles, to decorate
  • Red or pink Mars M&M’s or Nestlé Smarties

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Roll out the cookie dough on a lightly floured work surface to a 1cm disc. Reserve some of the dough. Use your hands to shape the disc into a large heart shape. Transfer to a lined tray.
  2. Step 2

    Use heart-shaped pastry cutters to cut hearts from the reserved dough. Transfer to the remaining lined tray. Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden. Set aside to cool completely.
  3. Step 3

    Place frosting in a piping bag fitted with a 2cm plain nozzle. Pipe frosting around the large cookie. Decorate with icing, sprinkles and chocolates.
