  • 350g pkt original pancake mix
  • Butter, melted, to brush
  • Strawberries, sliced or halved, to serve
  • Choc buttons, to serve
  • Thick vanilla yoghurt, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Prepare pancake mix following packet directions. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and brush with butter. Pour 1/4 cup (60ml) of batter into 1 side of the pan and two 1/2-tbs portions of batter into the other side of the pan. Cook for 1-2 mins or until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook for 1-2 mins or until light golden. Arrange on a plate to make a head and ears. Repeat in batches with the remaining batter.
  2. Step 2

    Serve pancakes with strawberry, choc buttons and thick yoghurt to make a face and Santa hat.
