Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place 1 garlic naan on each lined tray and spray with olive oil spray.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour. Stir in the spice mix. Season. Add the spinach and rocket and toss to combine.
Spread the mince mixture evenly over each naan, leaving a 2cm border. Bake for 10-12 mins or until the mince mixture is heated through and bases are golden.
Top each pizza with the tomato, onion and mint. Season and drizzle with the yoghurt. Cut into pieces to serve.
