Lemon lime iced tea with ginger wine

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1 tsp bitters
  • 1 cup (250ml) ginger wine
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow peaches, stoned, thinly sliced
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • 750ml btl chilled Coles Organic Ice Tea with Peach

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill.

  2. Step 2

    Place ice cubes in a large serving jug. Add the bitters and wine.

  3. Step 3

    Add the lemon, lime, peach and mint to the jug. Pour over the iced tea and stir to combine. Divide among the chilled glasses and serve immediately.
